$10 per hour outside of normal check-in or check-out window

(see Policies page for information on check-in and check-out time). 

Absolutely no check-in after 10:00 pm.

2. Bouquet of fresh flowers in your room -

prices vary seasonally and by type and size of bouquet your require.

3. Wine and Cheese Board for two, indoor or alfresco - $10.00.

​

4. Tea or Coffee Tray with baked goods - $10.00.

​

5. Reservation at any local restaurant - free.

​

6. Taxi reservation to JFK or LaGuardia Airport - free.

​

7. Local maps and money saving tips - free.

​

8. Pick-up from subway station - free.

​

9. Private parking permit - $25 fee plus $100 refundable deposit

 

All requests require minimum 48 hours notice.
